Issue Notice:
- Chiang Mai Rajabhat University was founded in 1924 and started as a teacher training college. It was later on promoted to Chiang Mai Teachers College, then to Rajabhat Institute and became Chiang Mai Rajabhat University at last. For the 90th anniversary of its foundation, Thailand Post will issue commemorative stamp with the image of Ganesha, the patron of arts and sciences or the university's deity, along with the university's 90th anniversary emblem.
