Issue Notice:
- These stamps have full franking validity and come from currently only a single prepaid postcard set. The stamps can be cut out and used as normal franking stamps. The special feature is that the stamp is perforated only on three sides (top, right and bottom).
- The stamps are not gummed (as issued)!
