Issue Notice:
- The Laotian Post missing, simply said, currently the capital to give completely new issues for postal traffic in order. Therefore, "old" stamps are currently in the stock provided with hand stamp overprint.
- Due to the Souvenir Sheets used for the overprint and their age, almost all Souvenir Sheets show signs of storage and do not correspond to the condition of newly printed Souvenir Sheets!
