- Parallel issue with Thailand
- Illustrating an-oil paint by Mr. Remi Mel (in 1960) describing the scene of appointing missionaries in 1659. They were assigned to propagate Christ´s doctrines in Asia and later held the Synod of Ayutthaya (Siam) in 1664. As a result, the Mission of Siam was founded in Ayutthaya and Christianity was later established in Thailand. Alongside is the present St. Joseph´s Catholic Church, the third edifice, built on the site where Christianity started in Thailand
The Thailand Post expended a special sheetlet of 4 stamps. The special miniature sheet was sold only with a single stamp of the same edition of the Vatican!
