Issue Notice:
- The original stamp MiNo. 2743 I differs from MiNo. 2645 by the write error "CHINESE NEWW YEAR". The second "W" was overprinted with the old value data.
- MiNo. 2742-2745 were contiguous printed in three different sheets to 4 blocks of four:
- Sheet with 4 x 2742I, 2743 I, 2744I, 2745I, edge drawing "Dragon" (Quantity: 899.000 sheets).
