and has no pictogram at the top left of the sheet edge and 1 x "9" in Thai 
on the
Stamp sheet edge. (IA = RaTdr.; marked K 11¾).

The 2nd print run of the 50 Satang stamp comes from Thai British Security Printing
and has the pictogram at the top left 
and 2 x "9" in Thai 
on the
Stamp sheet edge. (IIC = Opr.; fiber paper without Wmk.; perf. K 14¼:14½)
Issue date: December 3, 2003, Quantity: 30,000,000 pieces
The issues and print runs can be distinguished, among other things, by the following:
The printing technology (Opr., RaTpr.), the watermark and the
different perforation. Also due to slight color differences.
