For Mint Stamps (MNH) up to MiNr. 259 are about 100% surcharge on the prices for stamps with MH/MLH. - Upon request and at cost, we are happy to provide a certificate or certificate of condition and authenticity of P.A.T., Bangkok. Please note that creating a certificate through P.A.T., Bangkok may take up to 3 months. But that is not because of us but because the committee of the P.A.T. always meets only every 3 months.
