Here as "MINT NEVER HINGED (MNH)" set of perforate stamps without hinge and / or hinge rests, darkened gum (Tropical Gum), gum as issued
Issue Notice:
- Colors sensitive to water, especially MiNo. 17. Fresh colors used pieces of MiNr. 17 are therefore quite rare and correspondingly expensive.
- STAMPS UP TO APPROX. 1950:
- (MH/MLH) / (*) - Mint / unused with hinges, hinge remains, incomplete gum, tropical gum etc.
- (MNH) / (**) - Mint never hinged and/or without hinge remnants, complete gum as issued, possibly darkened.
- CERTIFICATE / CERTIFICATION:
- On request and against payment of costs (approx. 50€) we will be happy to have a certificate issued by P.A.T. Bangkok.
- However, this can take up to 5 months, since the P.A.T. committee only meets every 3 months.
