- To commemorate Her Majesty Queen Sirikit 84th Birthday Anniversary, the Red Cross 2016 postage stamp depicts the elegant photography of Her Majesty the Queen while performing her royal duties in the refugee camp in Thailand. It is to comply with the Thai Red Cross Fais 2016´s concept- "Celebration on the 84th Birthday Anniversary of the President of the Thai Red Cross Society under Her Majesty's Graciousness".
- Her Majesty the Queen is deeply interested in Public Health supports. With the queen´s royal grace, all Thai people including refugees who live in Thailand always receive assistance from her mercy and thoughtfulness.
