Issue Notice:
- The imperforated Souvenir Sheet was only sold as a set with the perforated Souvenier Sheet for $ 9.99.
- Due to the pandemic, the stamps could not be delivered to the Cambodian Post until the beginning of 12.2020 after printing in Vietnam.
