Issue Notice:
- The special sheetlet of 4 stamps KB(I) have been issued with 3-digit and 4-digit KB(II-V) count number.
- The numbers (3330, 3340.3350 and 3360) have been issued only on the Rotary International Convention to members and participants of the Convention in Bangkok (from 06-09.05.2012).
- In addition, the KB(I-V) "perforated" (RDG) margin of sheet differ in each case by a "not perforated" (RNG) on right.
- The miniature sheets with the right not perforated sheet margin are much rarer!
