Issue Notice:
- Specialists distinguish between two issues, which can only be distinguished by the edge of the sheet:
- AI = 1st issue (I): left and above with inscription in Ukrainian, right and below with English inscription
- AII = 2nd issue (rare) (II): top and bottom with English inscription, left and right no inscription
- According to the written confirmation of the Laos Post from April 2021, the 1st issue (I) was withdrawn from sale shortly after the day of issue. (See scan of confirmation)
