Issue Notice:
- For domestic mail the stamps were accepted throughout Laos.
- For international mail, the mail service only China was initially possible; during the duration of the armistice (December 1962 and January 1963) also post was transferred from the north on South Laos, but here the stamps from the north for onward transportation to foreign countries were described as insufficient and postfranks the letters at government expense with stamps of Southern Laos.
