Issue Notice:
- The mourning card of the Thai Post for the death of King Bhumibol (Rama IX) on 13.10.2016 was ONLY! To Thai nationals who have registered from 01.11.2016 to 31.12.2016 on a specially submitted website of the Thai Post with ID card and full address.
- A sale or other output assets has therefore not, except the ONLY! addition VIP subscribers of Thai post office residing in Thailand also received a single copy.
- The Thai Post has begun sending the mourning cards by registered mail on 20.01.2017.
- Due to the method of dispatch (in a special paper envelope), almost all the copies at the edges and edges are bent or compressed. There are known only very few absolutely flawless copies.
- In addition, very special customers of the Thailand Post received one copy each in a "blank" envelope, as these cards were delivered personally by high-ranking Thailand Post employees.
- To date (February 2017) no specimens have been offered for sale in Thailand on the relevant markets and the usual channels, respectively the demand of not considered Thailand is enormous.
