- These final series consist of 8 characters of monkeys: Hanuman, Nilapat, Nilanol, Asurapat, Tao Maha Chompoo, Palee or Kakas, Sukreep and Ongkot.
- In Ramayana, there are 38 main monkey characters (11 kings of monkey, 18 monkeys from other two cities, 9 monkeys who help King Rama)
- All of them are related to God and reincarnate to assist King Rama in overcoming enemies. King of monkeys or apes is one of the main characters that promote richness of story, especially Hanuman who is the main soldier of King Rama.
